Similar to skirt steak, the flap meat is packed with flavor. Pre-sliced and perfect for Japanese yakiniku, steak bowls, stir fry, or top-notch beef tacos. Whether for backyard BBQ or a spring picnic under the cherry trees in Japan, you absolutely can't go wrong with these flap meat slices. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper only.

Grass-fed, grain-finished beef from New Zealand. The cows are raised in a free-range, stress-free environment with plenty of green grass. They are fed the finest selection of local GMO-free grains for 130 days prior to harvest which gives the beef a rich flavor and deep marbling.
